These surprisingly are even a bit cheaper than the Sensei 2’s, since they only cost around $50 or so. This style is heavily optimized for running, but is still considered to be in the volleyball shoes category of ASICS. The open mesh upper on these shoes allows them to have great breathability which is very important when the games get intense. The midsole in this shoe is called SpEVA, which provides durability and a lot of shock resistance and management. The GEL-Rocket also contains the GEL Cushioning System like the first style discussed in this article. One last major technology implemented into this shoe is the DuraSponge outsole. This outsole is made to be very lightweight, while also having superior durability and comfort. The GEL-Rocket is an amazing shoe, and the best part is that they can be bought for only around $50.
